It's hardly to find the Phra Kongkwan embedded with PhraDhats, created and blessed by LP Sim, Wat ThamPaplong, Chiangmai, B.E.2517.

Phra Kongkwan = gift amulet
PhraDhat = Arahant relics (阿罗汉的舍利)

LP Sim -the Phra Kongkwan creator- was an important disciple of Ajahn Mun Bhuridhatto (B.E.2413-2492), the greatest master of forest monk lineage of the northern and northeastern regions.

PhraDhat or Arahant relics are holy divine objects, THEY will be possessed by good luck and good deed persons. And THEY will support the best life for the owner.

By Thai belief, bringing along Arahant relics means that Arahants are with the owner all the time. THEY will support the owner for best life no matter he or she are employee or business owner.

LP Sim was praised for his ultra Dhamma practice from many great monk masters, such as Ajahn Mun, Ajahn Sing Kantayakamo, LP Waen Wat Doimaepang, LP Luesie Lindam, LP Kasem Kemgo, LP Toh Wat Pradoochimplee, Kruba Chaiyawong, and LP Tim Wat Laharnrai, etc.

MAGICAL EYES
LP Sim had magical eyes, he could see the future and also deeper thoroughly into the earth. He told correctly where the oil pool and important natural resources located.

LP Luesie Lingdam said that LP Sim had reached Arahantship of Sambhidhayan, this made him able to perform wide-range miracles and have profound knowledge on Tripitaka automatically and thoroughly.

LIVING PLACES IN JUNGLES
LP Sim was a forest monk. He got used to forest or jungle environment than urban township.

In 2500s, by the request of Sangkha administration, LP was appointed to be the abbot of three temples consecutively:

- Wat Asokaram, Samutprakan, where LP Lee had built and lived between B.E.2497-2504.

- Wat PahSuthawas, Sakonnakon, where Ajahn Mun passed away in B.E.2492.

- Wat SantiDham, Chiangmai, where LP Sim had built in B.E.2495.

For many years LP Sim felt tired and uncomfortable with the administrative task.

Finally, he had made a strong request to resign from the administrative task in B.E.2510.

After that he made pilgrimage journey and lived in thick jungles in the northern and northeastern regions.

In B.E. 2511, he made pilgrimage journey to DoiLuang, a mountaineous jungle in Chiangmai province. There he found ThamPaplong cave and lived there since then until his passing in B.E. 2435.

BUDDHAS AND ARAHANTS AT DOILUANG
LP Sim told his close diciples that in the ancient time there were 4 Buddhas viz Gagusantho Buddha, Gonakamano Buddha, Gassapo Buddha and Gautama Buddha had visit ThamPaplong cave by teleportation (moving HIMSELF to another place without traversing the physical space).

Meanwhile many caves around mountain Doiluang were also living places of many Arahants in ancient time.

Before LP Sim found ThamPaplong and lived there since B.E.2511, he had made pilgrimage journey and lived in many caves around Doiluang. And he found Pradhats of Arahants in some of those caves.

PHRADHATS FOR DONORS
LP Sim was requested from those Arahants by meditating perception to collect PhraDhats with the reason that one day he would build an important temple of the country and the Phradhats would help him raising fund.

B.E. 2511 LP Sim permanently lived at ThamPaplong - a cave of Doiluang mountain.

And later, his collected Phradhats had been brought to embed on Phra KongKwan - the gift amulets for donors (see above pics) who donated for the temple construction projects.

THE PRINCES OF PAST LIVES
LP Cham Wat Pahvivek (B.E. 2453-2556), Mukdaharn province and also Ajahn Mun's disciple recounted LP Sim's past lives:

In ancient India, one of LP Sim's past lives was King Kosala, the father of King Pasendhikosala in Buddha time.

And in Thailand, a several hundred years ago in the northern kingdom, he was a ChaoLuang (prince) of NakonPing (now Chiangmai).

NAGA & GARUDA'S PROTECTION
By the past regal lives of LP Sim, he was protected by the regal-carrier PhayaKrut (Garuda) and PhayaNak (Naga/serpent king).

LP Sim wrote in his memoir by his hand writing that PhayaKrut and PhayaNak protected him for every of his step all the time. He felt thankful to this.

SECOND BLESSING REFUSAL
A kind of small button-sized rians call "rain Kradum" of B.E. 2518 singlely blessed by LP Sim were brought to LP Tim Wat Laharnrai, Rayong for 2nd blessing.

Once having seen them, LP Tim refused immediately to do so by saying that they were all well blessed - no need for 2nd blessing at all.

BONE TRANFORMATION
LP Sim ordained in B.E. 2472 and became Dhamma practicer of Ajahn Mun's lineage.

As a forest monk by nature and by his ultra Dhamma practice for a very long years, his flesh and bones were totally purified.

LP Sim passed away in B.E. 2535 at the age of 83. His body was cremated and his bones became
PhraDhat which hints us his Arahantship.
