This is a VHTF, unused LP Waen's Somdej Phim Yai, Wat DoiMaePang, Chiangmai, B.E.2517 with two pieces of holy hair. The Somdej was created by Wat Samphandhawong and singlely blessed by LP Waen.

Wat Samphandhawong was the patron temple for Wat DoiMaePang where LP Waen was living. All LP Waen's amulets created and distributed by Wat Samphandhawong have been accepted & widely known as LP Waen's official and popular molds.

Please notice that the Somdej has two pieces of LP Waen's holy hair - one on Buddha image's shoulder and the other one on the backside's upper right edge.

LP Waen is widely known for his Arahantship attainment. His hair is invaluable holy object that will bring forth success, happy life and flourish to the owner.

The holy hair represents LP Waen himself. Having his holy object with us means that we are close to him all the time - he will protect us and bless us with all good things.

The LP Waen Somdej alone - excluding his holy hair - has high efficacies for drawing in prosperity, wealth & fortune, life progress, career promotion and achievement, and family harmony.

LP Waen was a disciple of Acharn Mun (B.E. 2413-2492), a greatest Dhamma monk master of the Northeast region.

LP Waen ordained in B.E.2451. He learned Dhamma with Acharn Mun in early B.E.2470s and followed his teacher's steps by travelling and living in the deep jungles to practice ultra Dhamma and later attained his Arahantship.

In a very bad weather day when LP Waen was still alive, an airline pilot was straying in the high sky while flying over Chiangmai with nearly run-out fuel. He begged to LP Waen for help otherwise the plane may be crashed or straying into Burma sky.

Just a moment afterward, he saw LP Waen was sitting Smadhi over the clouds in the sky and descently guiding him down for soft & safty landing to Chiangmai airport.

The airline pilot later rush to Wat Doi Maepang and pay a high respect to LP Waen. After prostrating,  he talk to LP Waen:

"Luang Poo, I saw you sitting meditation in the sky and guide me a soft landing to the airport, so I came here to pay you a high respect and thank you."

LP Waen humblingly replied:

" I am just a very old monk and have no wings, do you still think I am a bird ? "

Oneday in a year of 2520s, I and 2 other special guests had a luckiest chance to pay respect to LP Waen. I humblingly prostrate over his feet and he blessed me with a short Pali Katha and blew my head, suddenly I was shivering as if struck by a very cold wind. Even he was so old at that moment but his mind power was really so strong and great.

LP Waen passed away in B.E. 2528 at the age of 99. After cremation, his bones became Phra Dhat or Arahant relics--some are opague while some are crystal like.
